Deposits are non-refundable and will be applied to the total purchase price of your puppy.
At Goldendoodle Day, we are committed to ensuring that your chosen puppy finds a forever
home with you. We invest time in matching you with the perfect puppy and planning your
Adoption Day experience or delivery. This is why all secured deposits are non-refundable.
We recognize that life can bring unexpected challenges, and sometimes, circumstances may
change after you’ve placed a deposit. If an unforeseen life event prevents you from proceeding
forward with adoption, your secured deposit will remain valid for a lifetime. You have the
flexibility to transfer this deposit to any future puppy you wish to adopt from Goldendoodle
Day. Your commitment to providing a loving home for our puppies is deeply appreciated.
1. Deposit Requirement
To reserve a puppy from us at Goldendoodle Day, a non-refundable secured deposit of $300 is required. This deposit secures your spot and demonstrates your commitment to adopting one of our puppies.
2. Lifetime Use and Transferability
Your $300 secured deposit is non-refundable but remains valid for a lifetime and can be
transferred to future puppies/litters. This means that if, for any reason, you are unable to adopt
a puppy from the current litter, your deposit will remain on file and can be applied to any future
puppy you choose to adopt from Goldendoodle Day.
3. Reservation Process
- We assign puppies in the order in which deposits were received.
- Once a litter is born and available for adoption, you will be contacted in the order of
your deposit receipt. - You have the option to pass on the available puppies if they do not meet your
preferences, in which case your deposit remains on file for future litters.
4. Deposit Forfeiture
Please note that if you choose to cancel your reservation or if you do not respond to our
notification when a puppy is available for you, the $300 secured deposit is non-refundable.
We do not offer refunds on deposits for any reason.
5. Puppy Adoption Agreement
To complete the adoption process, you are NOT required to sign a Puppy Adoption Agreement.
Your deposit will be applied to the total adoption fee for the puppy, with the balance due at the
time of adoption.
6. Change of Contact Information
It is your responsibility to inform us of any changes in your contact information, ensuring that
we can reach you when your chosen puppy is available for pickup/adoption.
By submitting a deposit to Goldendoodle Day, you acknowledge and agree to the terms and conditions outlined in this non-refundable deposit policy.
